I have been on aromasin for about two years. I have noticed cold intolerance. But I didn’t relate it to the aromasin. The side effects at least for me are a lot less than with the arimidex and the femara. I would definitely talk to my doc about your cold hand. Could be something else. I was recently in the past five months diagnosed with diabetes and I think some of my cold intolerance is because of that.
