I like the coirt mediation. write down your wants now….so you don’t forget. Knowing you, you’ve probably already have done that.
I know its a relief to get part of this behind you. I also know its been very heartwrenching for you. But you will have this behind you….onward now!!! Your ex doesnt know what he has done.

Went to court this morning and it went well. My husband has to give me a support check Oct. 1st, continue to pay my medical insurance premiums, also he has to pay me for each month since January, 2009 that he didn’t give me any money. He has to also pay my attorney fees. I am very happy about all this. Next Tuesday, we go to court mediation with both of our attorney’s present, and divide our property and assests. So far so good. Thanking you all for your prayers and support of me during these terrible times. It has been a long, hard, and very sad time for me. I went to my PCP dr. yesterday, as I have been sick since Fri.d with constant coughing, etc. I have Bronchitis again, got an RX for antibiotics and RX cough med. I am using my Neublizer 4 times a day. I am also in bed resting. Had to go today for my support money, etc.
